Kiotari boasts a lovely long beach and a quiet peaceful atmosphere, attracting families and couples seeking relaxation on their holiday.
Description
Kiotari is on the east coast of Rhodes, two miles north of Gennadi, two miles south of the resort of Lardos and 43 miles south of Rhodes Town and the airport. This small fishing village famous for its fish tavernas, is a small, relatively new and increasingly popular beach resort in a quiet, hilly area in Rhodes. Holidays to Kiotari attract families and couples back year after year and it's easy to see why. Billed as Rhodes' prettiest town, it has Blue Flag beaches, plenty of watersports, with everything from pedalos to parasailing, but the beach still has a peaceful atmosphere about it and is quieter than a lot of other beaches in Rhodes, with plenty of tranquil spots to soak up the sun. In no time at all you can also be out exploring the medieval ruins in the small village of Asklipio, the Acropolis at nearby Lindos or taking a day trip to the Valley of Butterflies. There's lots to do and see on holidays to Kiotari, or you an simply do what most visitors to Kiotari do, and that's enjoy the great beaches.
